We have an exciting and high-impact Partnership Manager role available managing our partnership with NHS England and other organisations who use our award-winning Easy Read resources and training.
CHANGE is a leading Human Rights organisation led by disabled people and employing people with learning disabilities to work both nationally and internationally to improve the human rights of all people with learning disabilities. We produce high-quality accessible information in easy words and pictures to empower vulnerable adults to make choices about issues that affect them.
As Partnerships Manager and a member of our leadership team, the Partnerships Manager will be a senior ambassador for the organisation, responsible for managing our partnership with NHS England and other organisations which use our award-winning Easy Read resources. , Reporting to the Director of CHANGE, you will work closely with and develop the relationship with NHS England. You’ll oversee the delivery of the project funded by their grant, maintaining standards and reporting regularly. So raising awareness via development work across the health and social care system to increase the availability of accessible information will be a key feature. Important collaborations will include:
• supporting CHANGE’s Director in leading the organisation and promoting our value, internally and externally
• working with our Finance Manager to ensure strong financial controls and reporting are in place.
