Leaders for Leeds – The global agenda for 2030

Book here to attend our next Leaders for Leeds event on 15th June, 8am – 10am, Leeds City Centre!  Please see details below –

The global agenda for 2030 and why everyone needs to know. – Clive Wilson, director at Primeast and chair of The United nations Association, Harrogate.

Overview:

The world is changing rapidly with world leaders making significant commitments to a very different future from the word we live in today.

Attend this ‘Leaders for Leeds’ session to glimpse the future; to understand the shift required from all leaders in order to embrace it; and know how to engage others so that everyone feels part of the emerging future.

You will be taken on a thought journey to the year 2030 which will provide a comprehensive, tangible and compelling picture of what the world will be like.

You will have the opportunity to consider what resonates for you personally and professionally as well as commitments that you and your organization could make to enhance relevance for the City of Leeds. Finally you will identify the key challenges you need to address in the coming year.

This a great opportunity to build on other similar exercises held recently, including the ‘Leaders for Leeds’ session around the RSA Inclusive Growth report and the Grant Thornton ‘Vibrant Leeds’ event.

Clive Wilson is a director at Primeast, a leadership and organisational development consultancy, headquartered in Harrogate UK with a second office in Houston, Texas and a team of some 150 associates worldwide. He is chair of the United Nations Association (UNA) in Harrogate and author of “Designing the Purposeful Organization – how to inspire business performance beyond boundaries” (Kogan Page 2015). He has been facilitating leadership development and strategic alignment for sixteen years since his twenty-seven year career in the electricity industry. He is currently writing “Designing the Purposeful World – the Sustainable Development Goals as a Blueprint for Humanity

The description above states “15th July, 8am – 10am” which is a Saturday. The booking page is, I’m sure, correct in that it states the 15th of June (a Thursday). For those who don’t click through to check, you might wish to update the above.
