Today’s conversation over breakfast concentrated on how to create ambition for something better, and how where folk are brave enough to take a leap we help them stay with it without the old world biting back in a way that makes it impossible to continue. What if we as More Leaders for Leeds acted as an umbrella; a mentoring and support group for those seeking to do really difficult and different change work? Can we find leaders who are out on a limb wanting support and help?
It was also good to hear about Jane’s work creating systemic development and performance system in the council – all online – a real achievement in a bureaucracy!
